Returns & Exchanges
At ShadyVEU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the sunglasses in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
